Exchanges for Size Issues (5 Easy Steps)

Exchanges for Defective Products (4 Easy Steps)

If approved, we will send a replacement item free of charge.

We will provide tracking information for your replacement so you can track its delivery.
Note: Choosing a replacement means you are not eligible for a refund or an additional replacement.

Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of placement. After that time, orders enter our system and are scheduled for fulfillment, preventing cancellation.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged after they are handed over to the shipping carrier. Claims for missing or damaged packages must be filed directly with the carrier.

Shipping Costs for Returns

If a return is due to customer choice (wrong size, change of mind, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Fees depend on the carrier you select.
